Summer Course

The college organizes summer course before every academic session to facilitate the aspirants optimum opportunities for utilizing the idle months of summer after H.S.C Examination. In order to be successful academic in the tough competitive world, this preparatory course will help the students commence the session with removal of fear from mind and adaptation to the new ambiance. It will vanquish the gap between minimal matriculation course and cumbersome college curricula. In view of +2 Science syllabus recommended by C.H.S.E. Odisha, the module of the course has been specially designed to induce spirit and interest among the students for a positive approach to the curriculum.

Module of the Course:

Physics: Vector, Linear Motion, Laws of Motion, Friction, Heat and Thermodynamics, Current Electricity, Magnetism, Optics.

Chemistry: Structure of an atom, Basic Concepts (Chemical Equation, Mole Concept), Basic Organic Chemistry, Periodic Classification of Elements.

Mathematics: Complex Number, Relations & Functions, Trigonometry, Co-ordinate Geometry (2D), Limit & Continuity, Differential Calculus, Linear Programming, Determinants and Matrices, Permutations & Combinations.

Botany: Cell: Types of Cells - Plants and Animals, Cell Division - Mitosis and Meiosis, Micro Organism - Virus and Bacteria, Photosynthesis in higher plants.

Zoology: Animalia, Morphology, Amoeba, Paramecium, Basic idea about Human Digestive System

Computer Science / IT: Fundamentals of Computer, Operating System, Microsoft Office, Internet

English: Spoken English, Group Discussion, Personality Development & Communication Skill.
